Art-Icon 2025

 

Sex and Politics 2025: according to Art-Icon, “the exhibition explores how sexuality functions as a political arena — not only through representation, desire, and freedom, but also in relation to social control, commodification, and ideological power. Photography, as a medium of exposure and circulation of images, plays a crucial role in shaping the public imagination of sexuality“.

 

The artist and curator Danila Tkachenko, and his team, chose my picture Fanny as a ghost as one of the pictures that were exhibited in Paris in November 2025. I took this picture at the Sebesviz workshop in Hungary back in 2013.
